Abs = Number of absorbed (deleted) digits FRL= ARS Facility Restriction Level. For calls from the private network tandem
trunks, it is compared to default COR for the type of tandem trunk. For
local system calls (including remote access calls) it is compared to the
extension or barrier code FRL of the caller.
