Deleting expenses
Delete individual expenses, or an entire category of expenses at once.
Deleting an individual expense

1 Go to Applications and select Expense .
2 Select the expense you want to delete.
3 Delete the item:
a. Open the menus
.
b. Select Delete Item in the Record menu.
4 [ & ] OPTIONAL Check the box to save an archive copy of the expense on your
computer.
5 Select OK.
