Copy settings
The copy settings allow you to customize various copy settings to match your needs.
Accessing the copy settings

Press [Setting], [Copy Settings].

Set or change the selected items.
For details on each setting, refer to the following table:

When you are finished, press [Reset] to return to the standby mode.
The underlined settings are factory defaults.
Function Description Setting
Doc. Type
This sets the default setting for the resolution of the document
to be copied. Matching the settings to the frequently copied
documents can shorten the time required to adjust settings.
Text, Auto, Photo, Text High-Res,
Text&Photo High-Res, Photo High-Res
Contrast This sets the default setting for the contrast of the document
to be copied. Matching the settings to the frequently copied
documents can shorten the time required to adjust settings.
Lightest, Lighter, Normal, Darker, Darkest
Sort Sort will be defaulted to “Sort”. [ON] and [OFF] toggle every
time you press [Sort].
