required service is not allowed for the
endpoint.

19 Ip Address Set The reason for address resolution after the
IP address was found from the aliases.

finding that the call should be forwarded.

Handler
The call cannot be completed because of a
failure in the application event handler. (For
example, the return value < 0.)
