If a KX-TD180 is to be installed;
Insert the modular plugs of the telephone line cords (4-conductor wiring) into the
modular jacks on the unit.

• For details about the jack for Power Failure Transfer, refer to Section
2.5.1 Auxiliary Connection for Power Failure Transfer.
If a KX-TD170 and a KX-TD174 is to be installed;
Insert the connector into the jack.
