2. If you want to return to the Backup/Restore Options and Preferences
screen without restoring the backup file or changing the selected FTP
setting, select Cancel.
No change is made and the Backup/Restore Options and Preferences
screen re-displays.
Connection is made with
the FTP server, but the file
cannot be retrieved for any
reason other than
permission being denied
The message “Cannot obtain the file from
the FTP server.” displays.
Contact your System Administrator for
instructions on how to proceed.
The FTP server cannot be
accessed
The message “The FTP Server name is
not known. Please check the FTP Server
IP Address.” displays.
Add or update the Server IP Address, as
described on page 8-22
.
Your backup file cannot be
found on the FTP server
The message “File does not exist on the
FTP server.” displays in dark red.
Contact your System Administrator for
instructions on how to proceed.
