Sorting the address list
There are two ways of displaying the address records : you can
choose to display “last and first name” or “company and last name.”
This only changes the display of the Address Book.
1 Press the Address Book button on the front panel.
The “Address” screen appears and shows a list of addresses that have
currently been stored.
2 Tap the Menu icon .
Viewing addresses by category
Press the Jog Dial when the list of addresses is shown but none of
the addresses are selected.
Each press of the Jog Dial takes you through the address categories.

You can also select the category of information to be displayed from the category list.
Tap in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the category you want.
