Purge
This menu item allows you to delete any completed To Do items from the
To Do List. To Do items are recorded in the To Do list as they are
completed. Run this command to save memory if you find too many
recorded To Do items in your CLIE handheld. When you run this
command, the “Purge” dialog box appears. Tap “OK” to carry out the
discard function or “Cancel” to cancel the discard function.
Note
By default, all To Do items you discard are restored when a HotSync operation with a
computer is executed. To delete the To Do items completely, tap and clear the check box
“Save archive copy on PC” in the “Purge” dialog box.
Beam Item
Sends the current To Do item to another CLIE handheld via the infrared
communications port.
Beam Category
Sends all the To Do items in the currently selected category to another
CLIE handheld via the infrared communications port.
Options menu
Font
You can select the font of the To Do List. The “Select Font” dialog box
appears when you choose this menu item.
Phone Lookup
The “Phone Number Lookup” screen appears.
Security
When you choose this option, you can show or hide the current item.
About To Do List
Shows the version information of the To Do List.
