7 Tap a blank area on an edge of the screen to deselect the
event.
Note
If an event has the same start and time, the time is only displayed once.

You can open the “Set Time” dialog box (to select a start time) by making sure no event
is selected, and then writing a number on the number side of the Graffiti writing area.
To schedule a timed event for another date
1 Press the Date Book button on the front panel.
The “Date Book” starts up.
2 Select the date in one of the following ways:
(A) Tap the day of the week on top of the “Date Book” screen.
To move to another week, tap a scroll arrow shown on both sides of the
day of the week area.
(B) Tap “Go To.”
The “Go to Date” dialog box appears. Specify the year, month and day.
