Sorting Expense items
You can change the view of the Expense.
1 Tap the Home icon .
The “Applications Launcher” appears.
2 Rotate the Jog Dial to select “Expense,” then press the Jog
Dial.
The “Expense” screen appears.
3 Tap “Show.”
The “Show Options” dialog box appears.
4 Select the display mode option you want.
• Sort by: Enables you to sort expense items by date or type.
• Distance: Enables you to display Mileage entries in miles or
kilometers.
• Show currency: Shows or hides the currency symbol in the
Expense list.
5 Tap “OK.”
