Basic Operations
To display applications by category
1 Tap the Home icon on the front of the CLIE handheld.
2 Do one of the following:
• Tap the Home icon repeatedly to scan through all the
categories.
• Tap the drop-down list in the upper-right corner of the screen; then
tap the category you want to display.
• Push the Jog Dial repeatedly.
Changing the Applications Launcher display
By default, the Applications Launcher displays applications as icons. As an
alternative, you can display applications in a list format.
To change the view of applications
1 Tap the Home icon on the front of the CLIE handheld.
2 Tap the Menu icon .
3 Tap “Options,” then tap “Preferences.”
4 Tap the “View By” drop-down list and select “List.”
5 Tap “OK.”
