Troubleshooting
Problem Suggestion
The battery does
not charge in the
handset or Low
Battery is constantly
displayed on the
handset.
• Make sure the handset is placed in the telephone base or charger correctly. The CHARGE light
on the handset should be on.
• Remove the battery from the handset and install it in the spare battery compartment at the
bottom of the telephone base and let it charge for up to 24 hours. Then re-install the charged
battery into the handset.
• If the handset is in the charger or in the telephone base but the
CHARGE light is not on, refer to

• It may be necessary to purchase a new battery. Please refer to the
Battery section of this
user’s manual.
• The telephone might be malfunctioning. Please refer to the
Warranty section of this user’s
manual for further instruction.
