determining which lines may need to
have the Group number changed.
Remember: Line 1 must be common on
all stations, but each telephone number
on the remaining lines should be either
Private or have the same Group number
as all of the other stations that share it.

Viewing the Directory
To view the Directories, press the
[DIRECTORY] key. The LCD will display:
Press the NAVIGATION [<] or NAVIGA-
TION [>] key to select the Public or
Private Directory. The LCD will display:

If the directories are full, the LCD will dis-
play:

To exit the Directory mode, press the
[RELEASE] key.
Programming the Directory
To save information into the Directories,
press the [DIRECTORY] key. The LCD
will display:
Press the [SAVE] key. The unit will enter
the mode to save a name. The LCD will
display:
Press the [SAVE] key if no name is to be
entered. Otherwise, repeatedly press the
dial keypad that has the letters or sym-
bols, until the display shows the charac-
ter needed. Press the NAVIGATION [>]
key to move to the next space or to add
a blank space. Press the NAVIGATION
[<] key to move backward (erasing a
space). The following table shows what
each dial key can program:
