You will hear the ready tone (short beep). Now say the command Back or Forward
(page 74).
Marking a message as "new" during playback
If you want to put an "old" message you have already listened to back to the beginning
of the list again, you have to mark it as "new" during playback, then the ö key on the
base station and the f key on the handset will flash.
Copying the telephone number of a message to the directory
You can transfer a telephone number to the directory. During playback :

You can delete either individual messages or all old messages.
Deleting all old messages
During playback or pause:

If playback is interrupted (pause) for more than a minute, the answering
machine returns to idle status.
Open the menu.
