Completion, you can use an extension button
on a DSS to direct a call quickly to an inside
telephone (without pressing
Start

Release).

If your system is setup with Manual
Completion, you must press
Release
after
pressing the DSS button. .

Whether it’s programmed to hold or release an active
call automatically when another
Call
button is pressed.

If your system is programmed for Automatic
Hold, the system automatically puts an active
call on hold when you press another
Call
button.

If your system is programmed with Automatic
Release, the system automatically releases
(disconnects) an active call when you press
another
Call
button.
Ask your system manager which of these features are
available to you.
