5. If the person is available, press
Conf.
All participants, including you, are connected on the Call button you
used to begin the conference.
If the person is unavailable, hang up (if you are using a
handset), press
Speaker
(if you are using a
speakerphone), or press
Release
(if you are using a
headset), and press the
Call
button to return to the
conference participants.
6. T
O
add more participants:
a. Press Conf.
The system automatically selects another Call button.
b. Repeat Steps 3, 4, and 5.
7. To end the conference (disconnecting everyone,
including you), press
Forced Release.
To Temporarily Leave a Conference
1. Press Hold.
Conference participants can still talk.
2. To rejoin the conference, press the
Call
button for the
conference.
