If you set up the Web service using HP
dialup, the options you set in HP dialup
determine the way Web pages are
displayed. Options you change in Pocket
Internet Explorer affect only the current Web
session; these changes are not saved.
My Handheld PC or Windows Explorer may
be open. Pressing the Pocket Internet
Explorer hot key will switch between any
open folders (e.g., Control Panel, My
Documents, or My Handheld PC) and Pocket
Internet Explorer. This is the correct behavior.
The HP Jornada cannot send files to or
receive files from a Windows CE 1.0 device
via infrared. Windows␣ CE 1.0 does not
support the FastIR file transfer protocol used
by your HP Jornada.
In certain countries you may have to clear
the Wait for dial tone before dialing check box.
