The CCS cannot distinguish between time formats as a.m. and p.m. The CCS
does not know the difference between time after midnight and afternoon. If CCS
generates Reports for the time 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. instead of between 14:00
and 17:00, empty Reports may result.
Therefore it is strictly recommended to configure the Windows operating system
in 24 hours mode.
