Do Not Disturb (DND)
If your station is in the DND mode, internal, external and transferred calls do not ring
your station and OCA calls are denied. You can continue to make calls while in the
DND mode.
If your [PDN] or [PhDN] appears on other stations, the calls flash on your station and
flash or ring the other stations. Other stations can answer your calls or you can, even
while your station is in the DND mode.
Your “alert partner” telephone can override your DND and signal your telephone by
pressing
$/(57 (a). Telephones with DND Override can also call your telephone.
Notes
● Calls forward from your station immediately, while in the DND mode, if it is set
for Call Forward-Busy or Call Forward-Busy/No Answer.
● If you press '1' while a call is ringing, the ringing stops, but the LED continues
to flash.
