Maximum Busy Sound The maximum length of first sound to be part of a busy signal (measured in milliseconds).
This value is assigned during call progress training. It should not be changed without good reason.

Maximum 2nd Busy Silence The maximum length of second silence to be part of a busy signal (measured in mil-
