Format Description
text mode:
+CBM: <sn>,<mid>,<dcs>,<page>,<pages><CR><LF><data>
PDU mode:
+CBM: <length><CR><LF><pdu>
when +CNMI=0: messages are discarded
when +CNMI=1-2: messages are
forwarded directly to the TE (CBMs
cannot be received during a call)

- if <dcs> indicates that GSM 03.38 default alphabet is used:
- if the TE character set is other than "HEX" (refer command +CSCS in GSM 07.07):
the Nokia 22 converts the GSM alphabet into the current TE character set according
to the rules of Annex A
- if the TE character set is "HEX": the Nokia 22 converts each 7-bit character of the
GSM alphabet into two IRA character long hexadecimal numbers
- if <dcs> indicates that an 8-bit or a UCS2 data coding scheme is used: the Nokia 22
converts each 8-bit octet into two IRA character long hexadecimal numbers
<length> the length of the actual TP data unit in octets (i.e. the RP layer SMSC
address octets are not counted in the length)
<pdu> GSM 03.41 TPDU in hexadecimal format
