with it, you need no more than a few minutes each week to perform all
the maintenance.
The ongoing maintenance tasks include:
Recording special greetings for holidays
Maintaining operator and fax settings
Adding and deleting mailboxes
Adding, deleting, and changing message groups
Monitoring system status
