Purge
This menu item allows you to delete any completed To Do items from the
To Do List. To Do items are recorded in the To Do list as they are
completed. Run this command to save memory if you find too many
recorded To Do items in your Sony handheld. When you run this command,
the Purge dialog box appears. Tap OK to carry out the discard function or
Cancel to cancel the discard function.
Note
By default, all To Do items you discarded are restored when HotSync with a computer is
executed. To delete To Do items completely, tap and uncheck Save archive copy on PC in
the Purge dialog box.
Beam Item
Sends the current To Do item to another Sony handheld via the infrared
communications port.
Beam Category
Sends all the To Do items in the currently selected category to another
Sony handheld via the infrared communications port.
The Options menus
Font
You can select the fonts of the To Do List. The Select Font dialog box
appears when you choose this menu item.
Phone Lookup
Phone Number Lookup screen appears.
Security
You can set to show or hide the current item.
About To Do List
Shows the version information of the To Do List.
