5 Enter a profile name and click OK.
6 Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each profile to be created.
7 Click OK.
8 Select profiles you want to edit from the User list, and create
data such as a company phone list.
Transferring a created profile
1 Place on the cradle a Sony handheld for which a User ID is
not yet specified.
2 Press the button on the cradle.
The Users dialog box appears.
3 Click Profiles.
The Profiles dialog box appears.
4 Select the profile you want to transfer to Sony handheld, and
click OK.
5 Click Yes.
The selected profile will be sent to the Sony handheld.
Next time you perform a HotSync operation, the Palm Desktop for
Sony software shows a dialog box where you can specify a user name
for this Sony handheld.
