Managing Expenses (the Expense)
Adding detailed information to an
Expense item
You can add various detailed information to an expense item. The
information you added is shown in the Receipt Details screen.
1 Tap icon.
The Applications Launcher appears.
2 Rotate the Jog Dial to select Expense, then press the Jog
Dial.
The Expense screen appears.
3 Tap the expense item to which you want to add detailed
information.
4 Tap Details.
The Receipt Details dialog box appears.
