4 Tap Details
The Address Entry Details dialog box appears.
5 Change desired settings.
Show in List: Select the type of records to be shown in the Address
Book about the record currently selected. Tap
and select either
Work, Home, Fax, Other, or E-mail.
Category: Specify the category of the record. Tap
and select
either Business, Personal, Quick List, or Unfiled. You can also add
categories by choosing Edit Category.
Private: The record which needs to be protected is invisible when this
option is set to ON. To enable protection, tap and check s.

6 Tap OK.
The settings for the address record you selected in Step 5 are saved.
