If the Hotsync operation do not start
• Make sure that the icon is shown on the task tray.
If the
icon is not shown on the task tray, click Start and select
Programs - Palm Desktop for Sony software and press the
button again.
• Make sure that the user name of the Palm Desktop for Sony software
is correct.
