5000 CP IP DECT Stand Configuration and Administration Guide – Issue 1.0, May 2010
Registrations Administration
DECT registrations can be administered by assigning a specific handset to a specific handset
ID. This feature is useful when configuration of e.g. call-groups and outgoing line is different for
each handset. Use the following parameters.
<IPEI> can be defined as one of the following:
a text string of the octal representation of the IPEI, e.g.:
%DECT_SUBS_1%:"023140003610"
a comma separated 5 bytes hex number, e.g.:
%DECT_SUBS_1%: 0x00,0x99,0x80,0x04,0xA2
The <IPEI> can retrieved from the handset MMI: Settings\System settings\Handset settings\
Handset ID. On selected product variants it is also printed on the handset label and on the
product box.
WEB Server Customization
The local web interface can be customized with Title, login credentials and also sub pages may
be individually disabled.
The following parameters are used to configure access to the internal web server.
Name Possible values Description
DECT_SUBS_MATCH_IPEI 0,1 [DISABLE, ENABLE] Registration administration feature.
DECT_SUBS_1 <IPEI> IPEI value for Handset no. 1
DECT_SUBS_8 IPEI value for Handset no. 8
NOTE
If the handsets are registered before the registration administration settings are

do not match the settings during startup. Hence, you must register the handsets
again.
