Scheduled Events
TalkMaster provides the ability to schedule events and run them at a particular time. Currently,
only the Forward Intercoms command is supported.
Setting up a schedule for the Forward Intercoms command allows intercoms to be forwarded
to an alternate TalkMaster LE console at specific time during the day (e.g. shift turnover).
When the Forward Intercoms commands executes, the Forward Intercoms to Alternate
Console dialog will appear and the Intercoms will be forwarded to the alternate console. The
Return button on the Forward Intercoms to Alternate Console dialog can be used to return
the Intercoms back to the original console.
Configure Scheduled Events
The Configure Scheduled Events dialog is accessed by selecting menu option "Admin
Configure Scheduled Events". This dialog displays commands that have been scheduled
along with the day and time that they will be automatically executed.
• New - Opens the Maintain Scheduled Event dialog to create a new scheduled event
• Edit - Opens the Maintain Scheduled Event dialog for the currently highlighted event
• Delete - Deletes the currently highlighted scheduled event
• Done - Exit this screen
• Help - Open the online Help screen
Maintain Scheduled Event
The Maintain Scheduled Event dialog allows scheduled events to be added, changed or
deleted.
