Logging on to the ACD queue
Follow this procedure to log on to the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
queue.
You may be prompted to enter an Agent ID when you log on. Agent
IDs are configured by the system administrator. Contact your system
administrator for more information.
Step Action
1 Press the In-Calls key.
See Figure 1 "IP Phone 1150E components" (page 10) for the
location of the In-Calls key.
2 Dial your agent ID, if required.
3 Perform one of these actions to enter the ACD queue:
• Press the In-Calls key.
•
Press the Not Ready key.
