Attendant Continuous Ringing
About
attendant
continuous
ringing
In most situations, it is preferable to have calls ring only
once at your console to prevent distractions from
excessive ringing. However, sometimes you may want
calls to continue to ring, even if you are on another call.
For example, if you are in a minimally staffed hotel,
where front desk personnel provide answering backup for
the attendant, continuous ringing alerts the front desk staff
to pick up calls.
