The Camera 95
The Quality setting
You can affect how much your photo is compressed, thereby
reducing it’s overall size (not to be confused with resolution).
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu, then
press , , .
2. Use the navigation key to highlight the Fine, Normal, or
Economy quality settings.
3. Once the quality setting of your choice is highlighted,
press . You’re returned to the
Settings menu.
Zoom in on a subject
Your camera has digital zoom capabilities of up to x4.
Pictures may appear somewhat grainy as you zoom in; this is
a normal result of digital enhancement.
1. In camera mode, press the navigation left/right keys to
zoom in and out on your subject.
2. Press or the camera key ( ) to snap the picture.
The zoom setting is affected by the Resolution setting
(Menu , , ). When resolution is set to High,
only X1 zoom is available. When resolution is set to
Medium, X1 and X2 are available. When resolution is set to
Low, X1, X2, and X4 zoom settings are available.
Set Brightness
Underexpose or overexpose pictures using the eleven
brightness settings built in to your camera. Use the
brightness control to adjust your phone to conditions beyond
range of the auto brightness feature.
