Troubleshooting
Problem
“Charge for 15HRS” and
“ ” appear and the
handset does not work.
During a conversation, the
line is disconnected and
“Charge for 15HRS”
appears.
The alarm does not ring.
“Set date & time” is
displayed.
If you cannot solve your
problem
Cause & Remedy
•The battery has discharged. Charge the
battery fully (p. 8, 9).
•You have not installed the battery yet. Install
the battery (p. 7).
•The battery has discharged. Charge the
battery fully (p. 8, 9).
•If you use the handset and 10 minutes have
passed after the alarm time, the alarm will not
ring.
•The clock has not been set. Set the date and
time (p. 11).
