Make sure the base unit and the handset are not being used.
Voice mail access number
1. Press (SNOOZE/ALARM).
•You can also press (CONF/FUNCTION) to directly
enter the function menu and go to step 3.

Within 5 seconds, press the soft key ( ).
3. Scroll to “Initial setting” by pressing Ö
or Ñ, and press á.
4. Scroll to “Voice mail” by pressing Öor Ñ,
and press á.
5. Scroll to “Save VM access#” by pressing Ö
or Ñ, and press á.
6. For KX-TG2700 users: Go to step 7.
For KX-TG2720 users: Press Ö (Line 1) or Ñ(Line 2) to select the line.
•The line selected should be the line with subscription of Voice Mail service
from your telephone company.
7. Enter your access number, up to 32 digits.
•You may enter pauses* (see below).
•Each time you press (HOLD/CLEAR), a digit is
erased. To erase all digits, press and hold
(HOLD/CLEAR).
8. Press the soft key ( ).
•
While the handset is not in use, “ ” will be
displayed on the top right.
To erase a stored number:
In steps 7, press and hold (HOLD/CLEAR)until all of the digits are erased,
and press the soft key ( ).

Pauses
Pressing (PAUSE/REDIAL)once creates a 3.5 seconds delay and counts as
one digit. The delay time depends on a telephone company.
