Base unit line selection (For KX-TG2720 users)
The system is preset to “Auto”.
1. Follow steps 1 to 4 of “Base unit incoming call tone” on page 53.
2. Scroll to “Line selection” by pressing Ö
or Ñ, and press á.
3. Select the desired line selection, “Line1”,
“Line2” or “Auto”, by pressing Öor Ñ, and
press the soft key ( ).
Telephone System Settings
Make sure the base unit and the handset are not being used.
Dialing mode
If you have touch tone service, set to “Tone”. If rotary or pulse service is
used, set to “Pulse”. The system is preset to “Tone”.
1. Press (SNOOZE/ALARM).
•You can also press (CONF/FUNCTION) to directly
enter the function menu and go to step 3.
2. Within 5 seconds, press the soft key
().
3. Scroll to “Initial setting” by pressing Ö
or Ñ,and press á.
4. Scroll to “Set tel line” by pressing Öor
Ñ,and press á.
5. Scroll to “Set dial mode” by pressing
Öor Ñ,and press á.
6. Select “Pulse” or “Tone” by pressing Öor
Ñ, and press the soft key ( ).
