Troubleshooting
Check the following guide for the possible cause of a problem and how to
correct it.
Symptom Cause Correction
The battery power is
exhausted.
Charge the battery.
The Main Battery or the
High Capacity Battery
Pack is not attached.
Attach the Main Battery/High
Capacity Battery and switch the
Battery Pack Lock to the Lock
position.
Even if the power
button is pressed the
power does not turn on.
The Battery Pack Lock is
at the Release position.
Switch the Battery Pack Lock to
the Lock position.
The battery power is
exhausted.
Charge the battery. The power was
suddenly cut off.
Automatic suspend is
active.
Select
, Settings, System,
Power to set to alter the power
shut down time.
Even if the battery is
completely charged, it
discharges after a short
period of time.
The battery is extinct. Replace the main battery with a
new one.
The screen was tapped,
but the correct action
was not executed.
Touch screen adjustment
is incorrect.
Select , Settings, System,
Screen, Align Screen to adjust
the touch screen.
