14 Factory Reset
(Shortcut: "i", "14", “ok”)
This option allows the user to reset the parameters to the factory settings. This can be a useful selection if
the phone has been tampered with or modified in an unknown way by a malicious or inexperienced user.
To select Factory Reset, press the “i” button and then press "14" (or scroll down until the selection is
highlighted and then press the “select” button. This is the left soft key button.
The menu will display “All parameters will be reset to factory default values, continue ?” The display shows
two options: “ok” or "cancel". Press “ok” (which is the left soft key button) to change the settings of the
phone to the factory default settings. Because of the intrusive nature of this command, the option is only
displayed for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, you are returned to the “i” menu.
