Menu Options Enabled by Pressing the “i” Button
The SPA-841 IP telephone offers several configurable parameters chosen from the menu options. The
menu options are shown by pressing the “i” button on the phone. Use the up and down arrow buttons,
called “scroll buttons”, to move through the menu options and the "select" button, which is the left soft key
button, to choose an option to configure / view. The shortcut to scrolling and selecting is to press the
number associated with the option. For example, press the "i" button and then the "1" button and the
Directory is displayed. The menu options that can be selected are:
1 Directory
2 Speed Dial
3 Call History
4 Ring Tone
5 Preference
6 Call Forward
7 Time/Date
8 Voice Mail
9 Network
10 Product Info
11 Status
12 Reboot
13 Restart
14 Factory Reset
15 Set Password
