Ext 1, 2,3,4
(Shortcut: "i", "11", “2” or “3” or “4” or “5” "select")
To see the settings for an extension, please press “i”, then “11” – or scroll down to “Status” and then press
“select”. This is the left soft key button. After accessing the “Status” submenu, press “2” for Ext 1, or
Press “3” for Ext 2, etc. – or scroll until the appropriate EXT is highlighted, and then press “select”. This is
the left soft key button. The menu will display “Registered” if the extension is registered, and also shows
the last registration date and time, and the time in seconds until the next registration. If the extension is
not registered, the phone will display “Not Registered”. The only option is to “cancel” from this screen,
press the “cancel” button. This is the right soft key button.
