(Shortcut: "i", "11", “6” or “7” or “8” or “9” "select")
To see the settings for an extension, please press “i”, then “11” – or scroll down to “Status” and then press
“select”. This is the left soft key button. After accessing the “Status” submenu, press “6” for Line 1, or
press “7” for Line 2, etc. – or scroll until the appropriate Line is highlighted, and then press “select. This is
the left soft key button. The display shows the status of the line including if the line is “Ready” and what
Tone is used. The only option is to “cancel” from this screen, press the “cancel” button. This is the right
soft key button.
