external callers. When messa

is activated for
your telephone set, each of your calls will be answered by
the automated attendant, who will su

est that the caller
leave you a messa

e. You can hear the messa
g
e while it is
bein
g
recorded and decide whether you prefer to intercept
and answer the call, or to have the caller leave a messa
g
e.
You can pro

time from your telephone
set.
You must ask the system administrator to pro

feature to be operative at your station.
