REVIEWING CONFIRMATION MESSAGES
You can use the visual messa
e display to review details of
your confirmation messa
es. After pressin
the left softkey
adjacent to ‘CONFIRM’ in the visual messa
e, the display
shows a list of your confirmation messa
es as follows:
The top line of your screen displays the mailbox name and
number, the number of confirmation messa
es and the
pa
e number. Each subsequent line contains the date and
time that the messa
e was heard by the recipient, and the
name or extension number of the recipient.
If you press a softkey adjacent to a particular messa
e,
you receive further details (date, time, and name of recipi-
ent) about the messa
e.
You can press
to erase the confirmation messa
e from
the list.
RECOVERING A MESSAGE
THAT YOU HAVE DELETED
If you delete a messa
e, and then decide you require the
messa
e after all, it is possible -- within 15 minutes after
havin
listened to a messa
e and deleted it -- to recover it.
To recover a deleted message
• Enter your mailbox and select
[7]
, the undelete mes-
sa
es option, from the MAILBOX Menu;
