6.39.3 Bluetooth COM Ports
New Outgoing Port
When you pair the Ikôn with another device, New Outgoing Port is listed in this dialog box.
Tapping on this option allows you to assign an outgoing COM port number.
• To work with an existing COM port number, tap and hold the stylus on an existing port.
To assign a new port number, make certain that your Ikôn is connected to the other device
via Bluetooth.
•In the COM Ports tab, tap on New Outgoing Port.
• Choose a COM port number from the list.
Note: If a port cannot be created, the number you’ve chosen is already in use. Choose a dif-
ferent port number.
