J, Using the Caller List
Erasing Caller List Information
After checking the Caller List, you can erase some or all of the entries.
Make sure the unit is in the standby mode.
To erase a specific caller from the Caller List
Lift the handset off the base unit and
press (_ or {_ to enter the Caller
List.

Press _ or _ repeatedly to find
the caller you want to erase from the
Caller List.

Press [HOLD/INTERCOM/CLEAR/.
oA beep sounds and the information is
erased.
•,To erase other items, repeat from step 2.
oTo return to the standby mode, press _.
To erase all entries in the Caller List
Before erasing all entries, make sure that "0 new call" is displayed.
Lift the handset off the base unit and
press _ or [_ to enter the Caller 0 new call

Press _HOLD/INTERCOM/CLEARJ.

All clear

Exit
_AII clear
VA _-Yes
All clear

Press (_ or _ to select All
clear".
Press EDIT _ (Yes key) or
[HOLD/INTERCO_E_.
•,A beep sounds and all entries are erased.
