Using the Caller List
Editing the Caller's Phone Number
The unit can edit a phone number into one of 4 patterns.
Make sure the unit is in the standby mode.

Lift the handset off the base unit and
press _ or I_ to enter the Caller List.
Press [_] or [_ repeatedly to find the
desired caller, and press EDIT 3.

press EDIT_ (Yes key).
Press EDIT [_ (Edit key) to select a
pattern.
• Each time you press EDIT 3,
the number is rearranged into one of
4 different patterns.

(_) 1 - [Phone no.]
(_) 1 - [ Area cede ] - IPhone no. ]
• The order in which patterns _-(_) are
displayed depends on how the telephone
number is displayed in step 2.

storing procedures.
To call back, press (_/ or <<--i!(P. 37). PARKER, FREm
To store the number in the directory, 321 5555
press _ (Next key). Follow the A:Edi t ):Save
instructions on the display (p. 39).
• The number edited in step 4 will not be maintained in the Caller List.
