Recall Time
Youcanuse theRecall button onyourtelephonewhen
usingyournetworkoperator’sservicessuchascallwaiting
etc. A subscription may apply for these services contact
your network operator for more information. If this function
is not working correctly change the setting using the
instruction below:
1. Press [
], scroll [ ] or [ ]toHANDSETSETand
press [ ].
2. Scroll [
] or [ ]toRECALLTIMEandpress[ ].
3. Press [
] or [ ] to select the setting you want:
SHORT,MEDIUM,LONG.
4. Press [
]toconrm.
5. Press [
] to return to standby.

Recall1(Short)hasbeen setto100msand Recall2
(medium)hasbeensetto300msandRecall3(long)has
beensetto600ms.Recall1=Australia(100ms),Recall3
=NewZealand(600ms).ThedefaultisRecall1.
The user has the option to adjust the time to short,
mediumorlong(100,300,or600)iftheunitisbeingused
in a situation that differs from the network standard. The
default recall time is suitable for your country and network
operator. It is unlikely that you should need to change this
setting unless advised to do so.
R button on PBX phone systems
If the telephone is connected to a PBX phone system
functions such as transferring calls and automatic call back
canbeusedviatheRbutton.
R button and Supplementary services
Your telephone supports the supplementary services
offered by your telephone network provider, such as call
waiting and conference calls. The supplementary services
canbe used in conjunction with the R button. Please
contact your telephone network provider with regard to
enabling the supplementary services and which recall time
must be used.
Dialling pause (PBX ONLY)
When using some older PBX phone systems, it takes a
little time before the dialling tone becomes available. It is
possible to insert a pause after the number for the outside
line so that the number can be dialled in a continuous
process without having to wait for the dial tone.
