Remote Access Menu options
• To set your Synergy 1500 answering machine
to
On or Off, press 0.
• Voice says ‘Answer on’ or ‘Answer off’,
depending on current setting.
• Press
0 to toggle between the two options
• To set Answer Only or Answer and Record,
press
7.
• To play your current outgoing message,
press
8
• To re-record the message, press 9. Voice says
‘Please speak after the tone. To end recording,
press square’ (# button).
• Record your new outgoing message then
press #.
If # is not pressed, recording will
stop after 30 seconds.
• Your new message is played back.
• Either hang up or select another menu
option.
Options available while playing your
messages from a Touchtone™ phone
• When you hear ‘To play all messages, press 2’,
press
2.
• All messages will be played back in order of
arrival..
• Press
2 to pause, press 2 again to re-start
• Press
6 to skip forwards to the next message.
• Press
4 to skip back
• If
4 is pressed 2 seconds after start of
playback the previous message will be played.
• If
4 is pressed within 2 seconds of the current
message having been played back, the
message will be played back from the
beginning.
• To delete a message during its playback press
5. Voice says ‘Message deleted.’
• At the end of playback you will hear ‘To delete
all messages press 5’.
• Press
5. Voice announces ‘All messages
deleted, for menu press 1.’

Please note :
It is possible to change the setting from Answer Only
to Answer and Record from a remote Touchtone™
phone. To do this press ✱ during the outgoing
message. You will then be asked for a security code.
After entering this press 7.
Reminder
Outgoing messages are limited to 30 seconds
maximum.
