To delete all messages at the base station
• Once you have listened to all messages the
voice announces ‘End of messages. To
delete.....’ the base station display shows
8,
indicating the start of an 8 second countdown.
• Press the red
DELETE button within the 8
seconds.
• After the countdown has finished. The voice
says: ‘All messages deleted’ and the base
station and handset return to standby.
• If you want to undo the command after having
pressed the red
DELETE button, press the
ANSWER ON/OFF button during the 8 second
countdown.
• Countdown stops and the voice announces
‘All messages saved’. Both base station and
handset return to standby.
Pause option
When playing back messages at the base station
you can introduce a pause.
• Press the
PLAY button.
• Base station display shows
PA flashing (this
indicates a pause during playback)
• Playback stops until
PLAY is pressed again.
• If
PLAY is not pressed within 30 seconds the
playback process will stop and you will be
returned to standby.
