Erasing the Locally-Defined Settings
You can erase the locally-defined network settings and the SIP settings that have
been configured in the phone.
Erasing the Locally-Defined Network Settings
When you erase the locally-defined settings, the values are reset to the defaults.
Before You Begin
Unlock configuration mode as described in the “Unlocking Configuration
Mode” section on page 3-2.
If DHCP has been disabled on a phone, clearing the phone’s settings will
reenable it.
Select the Erase Config parameter by pressing the down arrow to scroll to and
highlight the parameter or by pressing the number that represents the
parameter (located to the left of the parameter name on the LCD).
