Personalized Greetings for Memory keys
††
You can record a personal greeting for the numbers stored in your memory keys. When the
call is received and the number is matched to a number in a memory key, the caller will
hear the personal greeting you have recorded.
For example, if someone named Peter calls, the message could be:
“Hi Peter. The time for the dinner meeting tonight is now 7:30 pm instead of 6:30 pm.”
Note : If you assign a personal greeting to someone who is already assigned to a mailbox,
that person will hear the Personal Greeting instead of the mailbox greeting.
Keep key caps and the sliding panel away from small children. These small parts may come off the telephone if it is dropped.
††
You must subscribe to your telephone company for the Calling Line Identification service for this feature to work.
